- Your complimentary drink code can be redeemed on Barista prepared hot and cold drinks, any size. Check the Ts and Cs for drinks included.
- Your code cannot be used on ‘speciality’ ‘seasonal’, or ‘luxury’ drinks, such as Luxury Hot Chocolate, Luxury Caramelatte, Luxury Mocha, or limited-time drinks.
- Your code is only valid for in store and takeaway. Not available on click and collect or delivery.
- Your code needs to be used in the same week you claim it on your account – codes expire every Sunday at midnight.
- Your code can only be used once per week.

- The complimentary weekly, hot or cold Barista prepared drink is available to Octopus customers who have opted in to Octoplus. Each Octoplus member can claim one complimentary Barista prepared hot or cold drink (any size) per week. Subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
- Customers are only entitled to one complimentary coffee offer each week, we cannot swap the offer once you have chosen your coffee offer.
- To redeem your complimentary drink, show your QR code on your mobile phone at your chosen Caffè Nero location.
- Your complimentary hot or cold Barista prepared drink has to be redeemed within the same week you claim it. If you don’t redeem in this time period you forfeit the complimentary drink for that week.
- Products covered by this offer are any size:
- Hot (Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Flat White, Espresso, Cortado, Standard Hot Chocolate, Mocha, Espresso, Macchiato).
- Cold (Iced latte, Iced Americano, Iced Cappuccino, Iced Pistachio Latte and Iced Cherry Latte).
- All plant-based dairy alternatives.
- Syrups can also be added to your chosen drink.
- All other products as well as ‘speciality’ and ‘luxury’ drinks are excluded from this offer.
- Any additional purchases made will be charged accordingly and payment for these is the responsibility of the customer.

- To redeem your unique code, show your QR code on your mobile phone at your chosen Greggs location. If there are any issues scanning the QR code, the staff member will use the unique code supporting your QR code.
- Your free regular hot drink has to be redeemed within the same week you claim it. If you don’t redeem in this time period you forfeit the free regular hot drink for that week.
- The unique code can be redeemed at participating Greggs shops in the UK and Northern Ireland. Excluded shops are those situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster North, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston East, Hilton Park North, Lancaster North & South, Southwaite North, Trowell North & South, Leigh Delamare East & West, Rugby, Frankley North & South, Donnington Park, Wetherby.

Also available on regular seasonal hot drinks, all hot drinks are subject to availability.
- The unique code covers the cost of a regular hot drink as outlined in term 6. Any additional purchases made will be charged accordingly and payment for these is the responsibility of the customer.
